19/10/2025: We are greeted by a waiter at the entrance, we get a nice welcome and the waiter is professional and well-dressed even calm. We are shown to our table, we sit down. We choose a 3-course menu each. I don't have many words to say about the food, it was consistently exceptional. The food tasted fantastic, the composition was thought out and the ingredients were local and good. Late in the evening the entire restaurant was full, so it was challenging to be so many people in the same place. There should be some form of ventilation, as the air was heavy even though the atmosphere was relaxed and calm. The music was muted and comfortable, the room was heated, the decoration in the room is characterized by pearl plates, empty bottles, pictures and a lot of other things. Instead, the decoration should illuminate the river, Sæby and cultural history. Fresh flowers would like to make a difference, I wonder why there were no flowers in the restaurant, when the food they serve is at a high level of chef skills.

2 baskets of: Sourdough bread with old-fashioned kernel butter from Aabybro Dairy.
Starters:
2 pcs: Haddock with soy, kimchi, carrot and pumpkin.
1 pc: Mushrooms in hollandaise sauce, sprinkled with yeast.
Main courses:
1 pc: Slow-cooked veal.
1 pc: Red deer fillet.
Dessert:
1 pc: Beer bread with ice cream and meringue.
Drinks:
2 pcs: Pepsi Max bottle.
1 pc: non-alcoholic beer.
1 pc: jug of water.

            01/08/2025: Lækker menu med 5 retter, og nogle kunne vælges som enten forret eller hovedret - virkelig gæstevenligt. Velsmagende mad og smukt præsenteret. Opmærksomt og behageligt personale. Rart at der er åbent til køkkenet.
