Absolutely good service but the fried pork was in my opinion too thick slices and not crispy, but that's always a discussion.. but not a dish I would order again. Location and serving were top notch. Very friendly staff..

Fik en superlækker wienerschnitzel med kartofler ærter og smør alt var som det skulle være, blev Taget godt imod os og god betjening. En af de bedste wienerschnitzel jeg har fået. Hyggelig stemning i restauranten. Klar anbefaling 👌

GOOD FOOD I dropped by for lunch MAR 2025. The restaurant have a nice selection of food and beverages. The food focuses on Danish specialties. I picked the “Sildetallerken”, which is three kind of herring. The food was real tasty and interesting. I think the service staff is professional but unnecessarily reserved - maybe even slightly arrogant. Maybe because they consider this an “upscale” restaurant and that it requires “special service”? But anyway - the food is great - and definitely worth a visit if in town.

Vi valgte at spiste på Sankt Jørgen i forbindelse med weekend på Hotel Eyde Restauranten er pæn og hyggelig indrettet og der serveres rigtig god mad til rimelige priser. God betjening og en afslappet atmosfære.

05/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic food, lovely staff and a great experience. Probably some of the best food in Herning city centre, not the last time we eat here!
12/06/2025: There were 3 of us and we had 3 different dishes. 1 had lamb krones super delicious. 1 had salmon it was a little smoked, tender tasted great. 1 had beef tenderloin it was supermarket. We all got garnishes and potatoes. Then we had dessert, which was tasty and really delicious. 😋 Service was top class. Super sweet and fresh girls, in a relaxed way. We will definitely come back and definitely recommend you😁 Also a really nice restaurant, where you sat comfortably. A small minus was the trip to the toilet, my mother-in-law has difficulty walking and it was a long way and there were quite a few stairs.
