Restaurant Sankt Jørgen Herning Herning

We had a lovely visit to Restaurant Sankt Jørgen. We came to taste their roast pork, which came with both parsley sauce and onion sauce, in addition to the obligatory potatoes and beetroot. It was a delicious meal and one of the best roast pork meals we Copenhageners have had on the Jutland heath. We finished the meal with their homemade kransekage and a little fire in a baked Alaska before we could roll home full. The staff were nice and helpful and the chef clearly knew how to cook a good roast pork.

Such lovely food served by the sweetest waiters in cozy surroundings, nothing to fault.

As always the best service imaginable. Food is delicious, local ingredients and very well prepared. Perfect size servings too. Definitely worth every penny 👌
