Restaurant Silo København

We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Silo. The restaurant is located in a striking modern building, and once you step inside, the interior design perfectly complements the architecture. The dining room itself offers an amazing atmosphere with massive windows that look out over truly spectacular, panoramic views of the city below. While the views are breathtaking, the service was even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire evening. As for the food, the menu we chose was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every single dish was beautifully crafted and presented: * A stunning, vibrant opener presented beautifully in a tin. * A fresh, delicate dish featuring peas, potatoes, and elegant floral touches. * The absolute highlight of the night, however, was the smoked meat, which was cooked to perfection and packed with incredible depth of flavor. * We finished the evening with a flawless, refreshing dessert that rounded out the meal beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional gastronomy, top-tier service, and unbeatable views.

Had lunch witha group, Ravioli dish was extra salty didn't like that, beef Wellington was really good as well as the dessert, overall good experience.

Great food, restaurant, service and view

Nice premises with a fantastic view of the city and the Øresund. Good food and excellent wine/drink selection. Good service but not top performance.

Great aesthetics and definitely worth a return visit despite mediocre cocktails

A bit pricey but justified by the fantastic view, and the outstanding smørrebrøds.

Great view and tasty food. However, the noise level was far too loud and we could hardly talk. Too many guests are squeezed into a small space. The service was ok, but not professional. There were a few minor errors.

A super attentive waiter 🥳 The food was really delicious and the sunset was amazing.

When you think about how much good smørrebrød you can get in Copenhagen, it's a shame you don't make more of an effort. Especially the first three servings were below standard. Herring ok, salmon completely tasteless, fish fillet dry. You have a unique location, but you have to keep the level up otherwise you end up as a "deal restaurant".

The food was nice, the service was not so good. It was clear that he is not normally a waiter.
