Fantastic beautiful surroundings. Was invited to the brunch buffet and it was not ready 30 minutes after we arrived and all the guests were sitting at the tables.
The serverimg staff seemed either too young and inexperienced or older and really grumpy. There was a free bar, but it was almost impossible to get just a soft drink. It almost seemed as if you were a nuisance. Too bad because if the service had been in the closet, we might have come again...now we don't.
