I was here for a big company event, and we had a buffet setup with a starter beforehand. Overall, for a buffet, I would say it was quite decent. I like buffets, and I also like this ready-made, catering-style food because you can just eat a lot, and that was honestly quite nice. I wouldn’t say the food was really good, but I also wouldn’t say it was bad. I’d put it right in the middle. We had pork and some side dishes, and there was really nothing to complain about. Everything was fine. You can’t really compare this kind of food to high-end dining, because it’s just not that type of experience. It is what it is, and you have to rate it accordingly. I didn’t visit the restaurant on a normal evening. This was more of a booked event where you order food for a large group and basically take over the place, so that context matters. Within that frame, I thought it was quite decent. The potato soup was quite thick, which I really liked, and the pork was nice as well. I generally enjoy this type of food, and I’m not that picky when it comes to buffet-style meals, but I also rate it for what it is. All in all, a solid experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ I visited Sundby Sejl Restaurant at Amager Strand for lunch and got three unspecified sandwiches for 98 kr. and half a Classic draft beer on the side. The food was excellent – ​​nothing flashy, but for the price it lived up to expectations. The atmosphere is super cozy, the location in the harbor is beautiful, and we sat by the window with a fantastic view. You order at the bar and pick up your food yourself, so there is no table service, but it fits in well with the relaxed concept

Nice place for a private lunch event. Really good service, except that it was difficult to get in touch with the place by phone.

Cozy place but the quality has been steadily declining over a long period. The price of 148 kr. for home cooking: stew with peas, carrots and potatoes yesterday takes the cake as the craziest thing :-D

The service was very cash-strapped, not very friendly.
