Have visited the good restaurant intermittently since it was taken over by the current owner. It continues to maintain the good and high standard. In my opinion, it is one of the best in Hillerød. Had booked a table on a Friday. Arrived to a fully booked house. Filled with happy guests and a good atmosphere. Chose the house's social dining this evening. However, only 6 corrected. Then got six different exciting small dishes ranging from raw marinated cod in the form of ceviche with pasion and elderflower pickled chili, to tartar as a starter. From here to the main courses caramelised cauliflower, Hopballemølle chicken with mushrooms and then creamy pasta with mushrooms and truffle. Finished off with a dream dessert. Autumn apples, yoghurt and fig leaf oil. The operation. As always. Friendly, helpful and present. Can absolutely be recommended as a good restaurant to visit when you are in Hillerød.

Lovely tasty and well prepared food. Very attentive service. Absolutely recommendable.

Part of larger company earlier in the year. Sweet staff, maybe a little green, but they made up for it in good spirits. The food was delicious, especially from a company perspective. Fine wine with the food, good drinks and a good experience.

We got the 10-course menu, which was quite delicious. Especially for the price! 😊 However, I missed e.g. information about the alcohol-free must menu - which meant that I didn't order it, as I didn't want to drink apple cider and the like with the food. It's a shame when you don't have the opportunity to compliment your well-prepared food with a similarly well-prepared non-alcoholic alternative. Generally speaking, the information about the food that we got was a bit sparse - which is a shame when it is now one of the exciting things about a tasting menu. Personally, we had a party over the background music. It was more classic 80s and created an incredibly informal atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were just a lot of opposing elements throughout the room, so the overall vibe was a bit confusing… I would definitely recommend Teddy's if you are looking for a low-key place with good food. Just don't expect a gourmet experience. 😊

Delicious food and great service

An airy dining room greets you as you enter and there is a backdrop of subdued conversations taking place throughout the restaurant, creating a nice buzz. Snacks-to-share selection for the table is pretty basic and lacking the obvious homemade bread and butter. Starter of Salmon is the highlight of the evening. Great balance of flavours and textures. Main dish of beef is nothing spectacular, but is very welcome after an unnecessary long wait between dishes for a table of five. Beer selection is poor but wine list seems to please the crowd.

Hillerød's best restaurant. Delicious ambitious food. Super service.
