A small and cozy restaurant in middle of Grindsted with lovely hosts. Food is all fresh, made at home with love. We came here for LEGOLAND and strikingly this was best find. All value for money and best taste .

Hotel Svanen

17/10/2025: Lovely spacious rooms, great that we can bring our dog. Sweet and friendly staff. I haven't met the chef, but he gets 10 stars with an arrow up. Fantastic menu, despite the fact that he had to conjure up a menu without gluten and lactose. Stop it, I have NEVER experienced such delicious food. Totally accomplished. Even though I'm full, I'm looking forward to seeing if the breakfast can live up to the dinner.
16/09/2025: Most of the rooms are slightly old. Some rooms seemed to be renovated. The hotel rooms' style are same as motels (1 floor buildings). My room (specially bath room) was not clean. There were so many hairs on the floor. The breakfast was good. Staff was kind. So many parking places in the hotel yard.
