For an Italian, I've finally found a real Italian restaurant in Frederiksberg. The pasta is cooked to perfection, the staff is friendly, but above all, genuine: they don't fake smiles, they treat you like a guest, not a customer. The wine is good, the music isn't intrusive, and most importantly... no cream in the carbonara. For this alone, they deserve a monument. If you're Italian and miss home cooking, this place is absolutely perfect, and if you're not, it's the best way to understand why we take food so seriously.

A mixed experience. Visited the place for dining week and it starts off well with charming decor, good atmosphere and 3 small tasty bites. The main course, however, a carbonara, was a major disappointment. The taste was bitter, and the sauce had both a strange curry yellow color and thin consistency. Some of the little bit of guancale that was on it was burnt completely black. The staff seems to be more concerned with upselling than checking the food and really pushed hard for wine, extra cheese and water. Water costs 75 kr by the way. We finished with a delicious piece of tiramisu.

Been there with friends for the Menu from Dining Week. The entrance was really good, with an amazing burrata, vitelo and bread with prosciutto. They also have aome olive paste thst comes as a side, with bread, that was very good too. Main dish was a carbonara that was very good. Dessert was a tiramisu and, in my private opinion, it had too many cream and few biscuit, but the taste was good. Would tottaly recommend and go again. And the drink with homemade limoncello was amazing too.

15/11/2025: Got the sharing menu, far too little food, we asked for more food, and got a little more but not enough to fill us up. I didn't think the menu was very exciting either, but that's a matter of taste😊
14/11/2025: I went out to eat here and the experience was really good. The food was delicious from start to finish, and I chose halal-slaughtered veal, which tasted surprisingly good. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was pleasant, so there is room for all kinds of guests. All in all, a really positive experience that I would happily recommend to others. I will definitely be back."

10/11/2025: My Nepali friends took me to this restaurant in Copenhagen. The place is lovely, simple, and warm. The atmosphere is pleasant; we were able to chat and laugh, and I noticed that all the tables were having a good time. The waiter was very friendly and attentive to us (and the other tables too—kudos to the waiter!). The food was very good as well; if you're Nepali, you'll see it in the photos. For my first experience with this exotic cuisine, I can say it didn't disappoint! I loved the dessert, although I don't remember the name 🥲 If you want to have a good time and eat something exotic, don't hesitate to come to Bhancha!
