Resturant indelukket Silkeborg

On October 18th I celebrated my birthday with 22 people for lunch and coffee with homemade pretzels and cookies. It is really delicious food across the board, and as the guests said goodbye, everyone commented: fantastic food and surroundings. We went for a walk in the area before coffee, how wonderful it was. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because I, as the host, think there was a little too little on the menu, e.g. meatballs. We will be back. Thank you❤️🌹🇩🇰

When I enter the restaurant, I am greeted by a welcoming, quiet chatter from the guests and lovely smells from the food. I am served by a sweet waiter after which we order the food. The food comes after 15 minutes and as always, good things take time. The food was fantastic. The Wienerschnitzel, the open sandwiches and the Paris steak were absolutely divine. It was not only good food but there was also a lot of it, fantastic for two teenage boys who need something to eat. We eat in a cozy atmosphere, nice music and enjoy the Jutland hygge in the background. All in all, it was a very cozy experience that I will definitely experience again. This authentic atmosphere is only found in a place like this!

Fantastic staff who were ready even though we arrived a little late and absolutely fantastic food

Return visit 1/8-2025. Was here one of the first days of January 2025 and my review from then stands and gave them 5 out of 5 stars. A lot of my review from January still holds. Today the serving time of 25 minutes also held up well. The fries are superb and the steak is perfect with a perfect crust and pink in the middle. Unfortunately, there are a few things that drag down this time. The bearnaise sauce tastes nice but is actually almost cold, the brown sauce was almost cold, a little lukewarm with good will, it unfortunately lacked some flavor and power compared to back in January. The horseradish cream could hardly be tasted today where in January it was powerful and made up for the sharp mustard flavor. That said, downgrading from 5 to 4 stars, still a nice place to come. But 5 stars require you to maintain the level and here it fluctuates a bit. The price is now DKK 215.- which is just a little steep. But we will come again. The first steak sandwich tasting of the year is about to start and this year 2025 it will be Resturant Indelukket in Silkeborg that will have the pleasure of me. Arrived at the restaurant at 11.50 and was immediately shown to our table and since we knew what we wanted we ordered right away. The food was served at exactly 12.15 at our table and my first thought is Wow it looks delicious and appetizing, the animal shines beautifully on the white plate and next to it is a little green. The bun is a delicious airy sesame bun that is lovely mushy and tastes great as it is toasted perfectly, I would think it is either a bakery bun or homemade. The steak is quite a monster I would think there are 250 grams and the steak is PERFECTLY fried with a lovely crispy crust on the outside and lovely pink in the middle. It tastes really good. On top of the steak sandwich we find lovely and crispy homemade roasted onions and they are perfect, namely crispy and tasty without being overcooked. Inside this delicacy you find some raw red onion, delicious sweet soft onions which are lovely, homemade beetroot and pickled cucumbers are cut into fine pieces and taste really lovely, there is a pickle that hits right in the butt. THANK YOU. There is just a touch of homemade remoulade and ketchup which is really lovely and in a perfectly balanced amount so that it does not overflow. They have chosen to spread the buns in a horseradish cream that has just a little taste of Dijon, it tastes really lovely and especially when you also get some of the fresh capers into your mouth. Well that's good. The brown sauce is hot and tastes really good, it is clear that it has been seasoned in the kitchen, the only complaint about the sauce is that there is too little of it. During our visit, the restaurant Indelukket had a New Year's special price of DKK 125.- for this delight, including a huge portion of the tastiest fries with homemade bearnaise sauce, which also tasted fantastic, as well as a large draft beer. Crazy, it's a world-class steak sandwich and if you can keep this level up throughout the year, it's clearly a competitor to Panorama, Sollan and all the other good places. This is really surprising. You can be proud of your craftsmanship and should have it permanently on your menu because it's a tasty monster where everything is homemade with love. We'll be happy to come back when this delight comes back to normal prices.

Nice little restaurant by the marina with good food. It's 250 meters from Hotel Skovridergaard, where the kitchen is closed on Sundays. It's convenient if you arrive on a Sunday.

Had the best shooting star to date tonight. Really worth the money. Great atmosphere, nice service and good ingredients. I'm already looking forward to coming back👏

Cozy place, really good service and a fantastic Stjerneskut - although the shrimp were a bit tough to chew. The prices are affordable.

We had a great meal. Especially the bøfsandwich was fantastic.
