Very delicious food, served by nice, young people. It's a bit of a shame that there are stairs if you have difficulty walking.

There was a lack of service. The waiter who greeted us would not follow us up to our table. We were just nicely shown where to sit. Other customers were nicely shown up. We sat for a long time before a waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink. We got our drinks and sat and waited for our food. It didn't come quickly but acceptable. We sat for a really long time after we had eaten with our plates. A waiter came and finally removed it. We sat again for a long time over 1 hour and had to grab a waiter to get the dessert card ourselves. We ordered dessert which we also had to wait a long time for despite there not being many people in the restaurant. There were only 3 of us. So in the end we asked a waiter again where our dessert was. It took a while before we got it. We were there for 4.5 hours, 3 friends, and had a good time but the service was terrible. Before we wanted to leave we had to go to the toilet and the locks/handles in the toilets are completely loose and about to fall apart. The hand soap dispensers were also completely broken. Just generally worn out and not very welcoming.

Got a steak... perfectly cooked 👌🏼👌🏼 Good service..maybe a bit tired of the salad and the ice cream bar..but can only recommend the place 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really lovely experience at Rib House! The Sunday buffet was super delicious with a good selection, and the salad bar is fresh with a large selection and inviting when you order it. There was also delicious ice cream with various treats, which really put the finishing touch. The service was sweet, friendly and attentive throughout. Definitely worth a visit – we will be back!
