Unfortunately, I have to adjust my review after today. Was welcomed well and got a table by the window away from brunch, as we were supposed to have lunch, which was super nice Quick service and food and drinks came quickly. Unfortunately, the brioche bun was dry and crunchy and the meat was gray and boring and filled with a boring dressing. The fries and their chili mayo, on the other hand, are just in the cupboard. Had a nice chat with the boss later and could understand that there was a new boss for the department on the way and sensed that both were responsive to my criticism of both the food and what I as a guest should listen to. I hope they come back again like years ago for a 4.5-5 star experience A huge place with room for a lot of people. There is a conference room with room for about 75. Good seating overlooking the water or towards the pedestrian street. We ordered 2 burgers. 1 with chicken and a vegetarian to see what they could do. The drink came right away and probably almost 5 minutes later the food came. It was impressive. Everything tasted really delicious and the vegetarian burger was deliciously juicy. The truffle mayo tasted good but the consistency was so mysterious that I won't have it again. It must be said, however, that the waiter had said that it was a bit special in consistency. Certainly reasonable prices.

Grill buffet with ice cream bar. 4 types of meat, which tasted insanely good. Potatoes: fried potatoes and French fries - not the best I've tasted. 2 types of sauce - ok A tomato salad with mozzarella, where the latter disappeared faster than the tomatoes. A pasta pesto that was excellent and a mixed salad. The bread tasted fantastic. And then to the ice cream bar... The soft ice cream machine was out of order and the ice cream bar was therefore vanilla ice cream in a glass, which was full of ice crystals. Nice enough for the price.

A nice place and good food, where the price is manageable for the family. We have tried both the brunch and the grill menu. Their soft ice is really good best.

My wife and I were there last night The meat was perfect, the potatoes were also the vegetables a little bland for my taste but the sauces tasted good, to put it mildly, I think they were a little tasteless. On the waiter side, I think it seems very untrained and a little messy, whose drink had still not arrived before the young man came down with the food and noticed that nothing had come in (fortunately he fixed that quickly) The plates were still not taken away 45 minutes after we had finished eating and we had ordered dessert in advance, my wife's 2nd glass of wine we also had to get up and move again. All in all, I think it is a bit rude to have to give such a low review in a place where the food is actually really good, my clear recommendation would be that the waiter stays and follows up on his own tables as a starting point because there are simply too many things that get lost with 4-5 waiters in an evening

Good food. There weren't that many people.

We went for a weekend brunch, where we enjoyed the most delicious and super inviting food. A lot had been done to the setting, which was a huge turnout. Unfortunately, the radio was out of order, so we lacked a bit of atmosphere, and there were also old food scraps on the floor under the tables where we sat. But nice waiters and nice service at the cash register.

Got the grill buffet, where there were 4 types of meat. Quite excellent, however the sirloin seemed a bit dry. Small selection of side dishes; only 1 type of potatoes, fries and pasta salad. Ice cream buffet included in the price, but unfortunately the soft ice cream didn't taste of vanilla at all, so it was a bit disappointing. All in all, an excellent experience

A little slow on service, but otherwise it's a good place to eat.

Super nice food. Good place if you have a lot of people together.

Ribhouse in Holbæk. Nice large restaurant, with room for many guests. Boring large windows, maybe missing some curtains or cozy decorations. Had a lunch platter, nice and nice. Tasted good, however it must be said that the fish fillet was missing lemon, the bread was crunchy dry, otherwise it was good. The staff can't boast. There weren't many guests and you could see it from the staff they were completely idle 😱 after 20 minutes we finally ordered the food. The food came 30 minutes later. That's not right, The toilets were not pretty, could be cleaner.
