The service is friendly, attentive and professional, and the food is first class – freshly made pasta with lots of flavour and a clear respect for Italian cuisine. The wine selection, especially the Sicilian wines, goes perfectly with the food and completes the experience. A cozy restaurant with high quality, which is highly recommended. 🍝🍷

10/01/2026: Really good food, waiting time was short, it wasn't that busy. Delicious and crispy Chicken California burger and onion rings as a side order. Their onion rings are delicious and crispy. Not just a flabby ring. It's always clean and tidy, and the staff is very service-minded. It's just a shame that you have to drive from Roskilde to Holbæk. We need a Carl' Jr. in Roskilde.
22/11/2025: Today, November 22nd, I stopped by Carls Jr. Holbæk. I pre-ordered a burger as a takeaway with a whole wheat bun and no cheese. When I had driven a bit further, stopped in a parking lot to eat it, I discovered that it was a regular sesame bun WITH cheese. I had paid 5 kr. extra for the whole wheat bun and due to the staff's mistake, I had paid 5 kr. too much
