Truly exceptional sandwiches! Locally sourced materials, everything made from scratch, and made to order. Sasha, the owner, is an absolute gem…so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Then there’s the fact that it’s one of the most reasonably-priced places in the area. Could not recommend more.

A small but perfectly formed shop where everything is freshly prepared in front of the customers. The staff was very friendly. The food was incredibly delicious. And the price was right, too. Highly recommended 👍

It was pouring with rain, and I was desperately looking for a place where I could dry off a bit and grab a bite to eat—two hours before my departure. By chance, I spotted the traditional-looking facade in a truly unattractive setting, sought refuge there—and found paradise! Freshly prepared smørrebrød, all ingredients practically handmade, and even special requests (vegetarian) were accommodated. These were small works of art that tasted as good as they looked. Add to that an incredibly friendly and approachable owner and a freshly tapped Fadøl beer. The prices are extremely reasonable, and not just by Copenhagen standards. A must-try on any trip to Copenhagen.

Fantastic stop for Smørrebrød. I went with my daughter and pleasantly sit at the counter. Everything is freshly made (in front of you). We choice a variety with fish, egg and shrimp, mackerel or pork roast. All of them had nice accompanied toppings, herbs, etc. And all tasted super delicious. Would highly recommend and it is very avoidable compared the deliciousness you get.

Probably the three best "open-faced sandwiches" (Smørrebrød in Danish) I've ever eaten. Lovely owner too. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

A wonderful little gem, the food was so fresh and delicious and so beautifully presented. We went at a busy time and there was still space to sit and enjoy a selection. Definitely one to put in the list when visiting the area
