ROAST Coffee København

Very good espresso. Highly recommend

I was actually a bit skeptical because of the location. Fortunately, that prejudice was put to shame. The place seems like a real passion project, and the friendly guy behind the espresso machine clearly takes his craft seriously. I tasted both an espresso and a cortado, and both were brewed to a level that can easily compete with the best coffee shops in Copenhagen.

They have surprisingly amazing coffee and pastries.

Stopped by for a flat white. Service was standard, no issues there. The coffee, however, didn’t quite live up to the price. 48 kr is normal in Copenhagen, but this one felt underwhelming. It was too milky, and the roast leaned a bit on the sour side, missing that smooth, balanced texture you’d hope for. Did the job caffeine-wise, but not much more.

Great food (we ate breakfast) and great coffee. We have really enjoyed the place
