Good location, nice service, happy hour Good.

The rooms are relatively small and somewhat pricey. Service at the bar and during breakfast was very friendly. Overall, a pleasant stay. While the room is rather small and the bed a bit too firm for my liking, the rooftop terrace is highly recommended and should definitely be enjoyed in good weather.

Perfect hotel in the city center. Quiet and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, and every afternoon and evening there was complimentary wine and a glass of wine.

Highly recommended for Copenhagen! We felt completely at ease – from the warm service to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The location on City Hall Square is superb, and the metro and bus connections couldn't be more convenient. An ideal base for exploring the city!

I stayed here for three nights and honestly couldn't fault the hotel. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is really good and the location is superb. Rooms are compact but more than adequate. They are clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff for making it very special.

I booked through Booking.com with breakfast included, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were told breakfast wasn't available. Booking.com said this wasn't their fault. So, we spent three days without breakfast.

The room was not good at all and definitely not at the level of a 4-star hotel, especially for a city-center hotel in Copenhagen as a capital city. The room amenities were weak. However, the staff were very good and showed excellent hospitality. The lobby bar was very nice, and the hotel’s location was excellent.
