Rositas Aalborg

Considering the price, I was probably a little disappointed with the food. It was nice, but not something I will particularly remember. I tried Moules Frites for the first time. But with only three fritters and, on the other hand, so many clams that I couldn't finish, the name of the dish was perhaps not entirely accurate. Con fit duck with pickled rose hips was tasty and so were the five French cheeses with pickled sea buckthorn. The wines went well with the food, but not some that I particularly remember. The decor was charming and informal, while the service was on the formal side. Maybe a bit of a mismatch - maybe just me not going out to eat enough. The biggest 'red flag', however, was probably the food smell from the kitchen, which stung our eyes and got into our clothes.

The prices are almost at Michelin level, but the food and the setting do not quite follow.

We decided to give it a try after seeing good reviews online and now it has become one of my favourite restaurants in Aalborg! The space is lovely, the staff is very attentive and the food is great! We asked for the Summer menu that comes with 2 dishes and a drink. From the bread, cocktails, to the starters and main dish, everything was delicious and prepared with care and intention. The portion size was also perfect for us. Will definitely be coming back!

We were a party of six people, the waiter had complete control over who ordered what and in what order, everything was extremely well prepared, good cocktails as an aperitif, the price level completely acceptable.

The staff were very welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly and personal. I highly recommend. Next time we are in Ålborg, it will be the whole evening here.

A really nice evening. I live plant-based, it's not part of the menu, despite that, I was really spoiled with vegetarian delights. Super sweet service.

Just delicious. Fantastic when the food and wine work in a symposium of good experience. However, a bit out of our price range.
