Rositas Aalborg

Very authentic. We had a waiter from France and a good chat with the owner. Good food and experience all the way.

The quality of the food did not quite match the price level. Only the dessert (fresh berries with raw cream and vanilla ice cream) could be called really good and well-prepared. The starter was two pieces of fried fish that were far too dry and not crispy and the main course was Moules frites that were almost thrown into a deep plate with a strangely thick, baked lemon sauce at the bottom instead of the delicious cream and white wine sauce that usually belongs to this classic dish. The light mayonnaise was ok with the good and crispy fries - the red one with the taste of tomato was a bit out of place. All in all, a disappointing experience in an otherwise fun decorated and cozy restaurant with a skilled and pleasant service

We have visited Rositas twice. Both times a sublime experience. Cozy setting, sweet waiters and absolutely fantastic food and wine ad libitum. We will of course come again ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed the 5-course surprise menu. Unfortunately, there was no English menu, but the waiter was very willing to translate everything. Furthermore, there was a rich selection of wine; unfortunately for the beer drinker, there was only one choice.

We visited Rositas Bistro on a quiet Thursday evening, where we were actually the only table. It didn't bother us at all. The rooms are small and cozy, and the atmosphere was nice despite the quiet evening. If the place had been bigger, it would have felt a bit empty, but here it suited the setting just fine. We had chosen their 12-course tasting menu, and it was a really good experience. The service was pleasant and relaxed, and the food was really well-prepared French bistro food with a clear focus on good ingredients. Each dish had the impression that both taste and quality had been thought about. A small note at the end: it might have been so quiet precisely because it appears on both Google and Instagram that they are only open Friday and Saturday. They are open from Wednesday to Saturday, so it might be a good idea to get it corrected if the plan is to stay open on those days, otherwise you will miss out on guests who think they are closed. A clear recommendation from here if you are looking for a cozy evening with good food in an intimate setting.

Great place! Very cozy and chill. Food is exceptional, good wine choice and service is nice. Personnel is very friendly. I highly recommend to visit !!!! Will definitely come back
