Restaurant with a great location and nice menu but the service was incredibly slow. Food was average. Expected much more for this price.

3.5/5 Stars: Decent Experience at Rossopomodoro (ILLUM) I visited Rossopomodoro at ILLUM and had a mixed experience. The food was definitely the highlight - their pizza, pasta, and spaghetti were all delicious! However, the service left a bit to be desired. Our server seemed overwhelmed, and it took a while to get our orders taken and food delivered. Overall, it was an okay experience. While the food was great, the subpar service prevented it from being a truly enjoyable meal. Maybe they'll improve their service in the future! The food was amazing! i loved it. I have gone there so often and it is always impeccable!! the service is always great, and the staff is so helpful 🫶🏻 i really adore the cozy vibes that the place and the people give off, one of my favorite places! especially an Italian waitress named Noa gave an excellent service!! i highly recommend going when you are in Copenhagen :D

We were looking for late lunch. The restaurant is located on the top floor of ILLUM. The food is good. The service is great and always smile.

A beautiful discovery this evening! We ate dinner on the Rooftoop at Rosso Pomodoro. We found several Italian guys who work there, and specifically Fiorella welcomed us and made us feel at home! Thanks to her who recommended us, we ate very well, excellent cuisine, amazing dishes. We ate an aubergine parmigiana, a paccheri pasta with Neapolitan ragù, a deviled pizza, tomato bruschetta with oregano, and a tiramisu. My partner also took the half liter mug of beer and since I couldn't drink alcohol, Fiorella made me make a non-alcoholic peach cocktail with lemon zest, really good! Thanks to Fiorella and her advice this evening we left really satisfied!! Obviously the prices are compared to Copenhagen (we spent around €120, but we also took all those dishes) but I can assure you that the food is really good, like being in Italy! We felt at home, welcomed, pampered and advised, overcoming the language barrier. Super super recommended! Congratulations to the staff, thanks to the guys in the kitchen, the pizza chef and the waitresses and a special thanks to Fiorella!
