Systematized kebab review with 22 possible points. I ordered a durum with a mix of lamb and flank steak, chili, hummus and all for 89 kr. - The bread (0-3 points): 3 points, it was homemade and had a good elastic consistency. It was very reminiscent of Durum symphony which is located in Copenhagen, Nørrebro. - The salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion), 0-2 points: 1.5 points, there was too much onion for my taste. It drowned out everything else. - Some free extra accessories (e.g. red cabbage, hummus, taboula), 0-1 points: 1 point, there was both red cabbage and mint in it, which worked really well. - The meat (0-5 points): 3.5 points. The meat had a really nice consistency (quality) and had an okay taste. I missed more spice in the meat. It is very reminiscent of Durum Bar in Nørrebro (KBH). * The chili (0-2 points): 2 points; good strength and good taste. * The dressing (0-2 points): 2 points. Standard dressing and then there was also mint dressing (I think), which worked really well. * The quantity / how full you were (0-2 points): 2 points. Fully full, no complaints. * Service (0-1 point): 1 point, it was fast and they were nice behind the counter. * The price (0-4 points, where 4 points is 30-40 kr., 3 points is 40-50, 2 points is 50-65 kr. and 1 point is over 65 kr.): 1 point. Overall rating: 17/22 =0.773 = 3.85 stars. Rounded up to 4 stars.

Super delicious kebab and a good choice if you are looking for something a step above the local pizza place – both in terms of quality and price. Delicious bread, good chili and friendly service. I would miss the option to add hummus, though.

For 85,- kr I don't think there was enough filling, compared to other places in the city and otherwise I think the roll was a bit tasteless

I wish the Shawarma itself was better, because there was such good service, great friendly staff, and really good quality food that was fresh! However….. the beef shawarma itself was just very bland. :/ Maybe they got busy and forgot to season with salt in the marinade that day? Maybe their shawarma just has a different origin and is prepared differently than the shawarma I am used to getting in Copenhagen, where the competition is fierce. For the staff here, I would highly recommend swinging by No. 1 Shawarma Grill House on Frederiksberggade 36 on Strøget in Copenhagen next time you’re in town; they know how to do it and as your place has such great potential I could see you having great success with a slight upgrade!

It’s very bold of them to display the Best Shawarma and it lived up to its title. The staff was very friendly and nice. The place was clean and cozy and the lamb durum was one of the best I have had. I’m definitely coming back again!!!

Helt ærligt det bedste sted i Aarhus, hvis man er vild med kød – både mængden og kvaliteten er helt i top! Alt smagte super godt, og man kunne virkelig mærke, at det var lavet med kærlighed. derudover er Servicen også mega god – søde og opmærksomme folk, der sørgede for, at man bare kunne læne sig tilbage og nyde det. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!
