Ørsted Ølbar København

23/08/2026: We ate here often during our stay in Copenhagen. Everything was very good, and the fish was fresh. It's a shame they don't allow dogs inside.

Restaurant Hummer is truly a place you should visit if you want to enjoy good food in some of Copenhagen's most charming surroundings. The location in Nyhavn is simply fantastic - the perfect combination of Copenhagen's classic atmosphere, life on the quay and a cozy restaurant experience. The food was really delicious and beautifully presented, and there was a clear focus on good ingredients and taste. Everything worked, and it was all lifted by a cozy atmosphere and a professional and welcoming staff.
