They make you feel like you’re imposing on them and sort of ignore you as a single person even when you had a reservation and visited them during their slow hour. Even the plating for my dish was rushed compared to the dish I took a video of right before they plated mine! Sloppy, and a bit dismissive

Had the 7 course Ruffino Experience and the food was delicious with several standout dishes, not least the gianduja tiramisu dessert. Service was consistently friendly and is on the relaxed / slow side but we weren’t in a rush. Recommended for a 5/5 Italian dining experience in Copenhagen.

Truly authentic Italian osteria experience. Lovely tasting menu, sweet and competent service and delicious wine. We sat so comfortably at one of the tables in the ‘wine cellar’. I have read a few reviews criticising the service and portion sizes, and I do not reflect that at all. There was plenty of time for us, we got lots of info about both food and wine, origin and cultivation, and we left the restaurant full and happy. Thank you for a lovely Italian experience!

Went for dinner with my husband. Atmosphere was off from the minute we walked in. They have a chalk board that sort of gives off hater energy: they don’t do cappuccinos or lattes or alcohol free wine, etc. Didn’t really care, but then the service came and it matched that energy. They weren’t rude, but definitely brief and a bit cold. Although they all seem to be Italians, the front of house appeared to cater to locals. It was night and day energy. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re visiting from elsewhere. We ordered two pasta dishes and both were just fine, nothing to rave home about. Negroni was on the fruitier side, did not enjoy. This was our first dinner in Copenhagen and we’re visiting from New York.

Very cozy atmosphere, great service and super delicious food!

Extremely nice pasta and a lovely orange wine. Arrived at 5:25 PM for a table reservation at 5:30 PM. Was asked to wait outside. When you only have 1 hour for "Pasta & Go", maybe you could see if you can accommodate an arrival 5 minutes before opening? Luckily there was a break in the rain.

They found a clever solution to seat us even though they were full, and we were served quickly! We'll cherish the memory of this experience. The pasta was delicious, though the portion was small, but of high quality. Friendly staff

What a find. Super friendly restaurant, great atmosphere. Food was delicious. I love a restaurant where the staff are knowledgeable about what they are serving. Best Italian food I have eaten in a long time.

Lovely and very authentic experience. Great food and wine, cool waiters, and all in all a nice relaxed atmosphere. A couple of the dishes weren't introduced, so we had to guess and try to understand the Italian menu to find out what we were eating 😎

What a great place with lovely workers. Would love to come back when we’re back in Copenhagen!!
