Probably the best bakery in Europe. The food is an inventive modern take on traditional breakfast classics—the only breakfast I’ve had that I thought deserved a Michelin star or two. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy, set in a beautiful old building. We were delighted to find this gem.

I can say that it is on the ground floor of a hotel and is an expensive place. Croissant etc. The food items like this are very small. For this reason, if you went there as a tourist for food, I do not recommend you to choose it. As for the eggs and bread I ate, it was very good. However, it was small. By the way, the employees are very nice.

Delicious cardamom bun (it really was amazing) and elderflower juice in a nice relaxed atmosphere.

If you are looking for a high-level breakfast you absolutely must come to this place, in addition to the staff being very kind, the quality of the food is 5 stars, fresh and quality croissants, I tried omelettes with bacon and it was 5 stars If you come to Copenhagen you absolutely must come here for breakfast

Wonderful focaccia, and good pastries. Lines can be long, but the wait is worth it.
