Røverstuen Rebild

Maybe it was because we were a party of 40 and they were understaffed that the schedule slipped. We were given 2 servings of the main course and were promised that more browned potatoes would come. However, that did not happen. More white potatoes did come, but long after the meat had been eaten. The food was good, although the meat looked like hamburger back and was served as “roasted like game”. Delicious ice cream for dessert, but too small portions.

A Disappointing Experience.. Got fried pork.. Only half of the pork was crispy. The breaded pork had only just touched the pan long enough to soak up all the fat. The pieces looked more like Finnish bread that had been left out for too long. The potatoes tasted unsalted and the only positive thing you could say about the parsley sauce was that it was made with cream. Again the chef had forgotten the salt.

There was overbooked due to a party closing if we ordered quickly we could get wiener schnitzel it was ok it was pretty ok then we ordered dessert and waited 1/2 hour were told there was no more Maybe come another time

Really delicious place with good food and nice service, both outside and inside the place was delicious and clean. We had a burger and a steak sandwich, both were really delicious 👌🏻

Enjoyed a delicious meal from the small but excellent menu. Excellent service and delicious flavors. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommended!

An absolutely fantastic experience at Røverstuen in Rebild! We ate at Røverstuen yesterday – and it was pure indulgence all the way through! The food was luxuriously delicious, flavorful and truly top-notch. Each dish was well thought out and well-prepared, and we all left with the feeling of having something very special. The selection of beers was also really delicious – many exciting varieties and something for every taste 🍻 The service also deserves a huge shout-out: fast, attentive and full of sparkle in their eyes. The staff were lovely and present, maintained eye contact the whole way, and spoke to us with lots of irony and humor, so the atmosphere was relaxed and fun from start to finish. It was clear that they loved what they were doing, and it was contagious. The owner Jimmi even came over personally to greet us – super nice – and when he saw that my risotto was a little smaller than the others’ dishes, he immediately served an extra portion without hesitation. This is what creates loyal guests! All in all: a fantastic place where food, service and atmosphere come together in a higher unity. Virkelig skøn frokost i skovens stille ro, virkelig sød og imødekommende men diskret betjening, og toplækker mad. Vi fik stjerneskud, croque madame og bøfsandwich, alt meget veltillavet, smukt præsenteret på tallerknen og bestående af top kvalitet råvarer. Vi kommer igen, så tit vi kan, og vi tager familie og venner med :-) Tak for en rigtig dejlig oplevelse.

Jeg har længe haft et ønske om at spise på Røverstuen, da jeg kun har hørt godt om stedet. Mine børn besluttede derfor at invitere mig derud for at fejre min 60 års fødselsdag. Selskabet bestod af 5 voksne. Vi bestilte 2× røget dyreryg, 2×røget laks og 1×smørdampede hvide asparges til forret. De smørdampede asparges var rå og uspiselig og det blev sendt tilbage til køkkenet. Min datter ønskede ikke at få en ny og ville i stedet vente på hovedretten. Vi valgte Alle kalvefilet stegt medium. Fileten var stegt perfekt og var dejlig mør, desværre var den smagsløg, uden nogen antydning af at den havde været i nærheden af krydderier og der var heller ikke salt og peber på bordet til at forbedre smagen. Bearnaisesauce var hjemmelavet og smagte skøn. Vi fravalgt alle desserten. Da vi havde betalt, kunne vi konstatere at de havde faktureret os for den uspiselig asparges forret. Min datter konfronterede dem med det og deres svar var: at deres kok havde smagt på det og han kunne godt li det. Kommer vi igen..... NEJ
