Super cozy, cool and pleasant place. Excellent costumer service, good wines and snacks. It gets better and better. I love it all. 👌 UPDATE on my previews review 1st of March. 2024 Service BELOW PAR. NO MUSIC, which is a first in a looong time. Super noisy (without the normal pleasant music). My wife was ages waiting to pay... Not the best day to go to Saboren.. Maybe... 😔😕🙄

17/02/2024: Really a cool place. In the middle of Copenhagen. Cool lounge bar (with Tapas), DJ and overall high level of service. The food is well prepared. It is not a well-known place in Copenhagen, but it is becoming more and more a popular lounge bar. A good warm-up place before the night club. Super drinks that are neither overpriced and at the same time taste good. Will definitely come again.
17/02/2024: Perfect spot! For now, still a bit unknown, but sure this gem will be very popular soon, especially in a city full of boring overpriced bars. Even has a dj spinning records 👌 Good drinks, good food and staff is really observative and kind.

27/03/2024: Nice food. A little small portions and a little too little of their very delicious bread. It took quite a long time before any food was served, even though the menu had already been determined in the table order. It is a place with natural wine (and more or less only these as wine).
09/03/2024: Menu is just not worth it (they include salad as one of 5 courses). Bread could be warmed up before serving. And it took them until 1h 45 into our visit to actually serve us desert so we had to be out the door like 15 mins later. Desert was definitely the best part of the dinner.
