A very good Korean restaurant. The bulgogi is freshly prepared at your table and then served with lettuce leaves – highly recommended. The dishes are also available as a set menu.

If you want to try real Korean food — not a rough imitation, but something that actually tastes Korean — just come here. It's not common to see a restaurant named after the owner — and that tells you something.

As a Korean, I can say that this is the most authentic place in all of CPH! I’ve tried other Korean restaurants but they tone down the flavors to suit the local palette. The ajumma who runs this spot is very kind, I’m grateful for Sakura because it hits the spot whenever I’m feeling homesick. It’s also the only place where I can find lesser-known Korean dishes like yukgaejang! Their tonkatsu is good too. Can’t wait to go back when they open again :)

Fui aquí para una comida con amigos por negocios. Muy buen restaurante con ambiente auténtico. Muy buen anfitrión y la comida era fresca. Jugué seguro y compré el torikatsu y fue encantador. Mis amigos eran más aventureros y no se fueron decepcionados, les encantó su comida también. Tuvimos algunas cervezas adecuadas y en general un lugar muy agradable para estar. En general excelente lugar para la comida, hará un punto de volver.

I've been here the night before Ateez concert in Copenhagen. It's the nicest place I've ever been. Owners are such lovely people - they create this cozy, home-like atmosphere, so you want sit there till closing time! I recommend it to everyone 🥰 Delicious dinner and dessert 🍰

Very nice place with good food and friendly staff. Fun to try rice wine too I had yakiniku and guyozo dumplings for starters

Food was quite decent, although with such high prices I don't consider it worth. They charged us 30kr for about a liter of tap water (is it even legal in Denmark?)

Have visited Sakura many times over the years, but today was the first time I tried a Korean dish, kimchi stew. It was really tasty and fully on par with the Japanese dishes I've had in the past. The restaurant is simply decorated, but one of the nicest in Copenhagen, and the service is top notch.
