Cozy place that makes you feel like you are somewhere on route 66

I think it's fun that there's a little piece of the USA in Glostrup, and a lot has been done to maintain the illusion. But the food is neither better nor more authentic than at all sorts of other burger restaurants, which was a big disappointment.

I only recently ‘discovered’ this diner gem, and have already been there twice - fantastic place!! I wonder why it’s not a chain… Can you please open one in the Lyngby/Bagsværd/Værløse/Farum area? :)

I have been wanting to try Sallies for a long time, and it exceeded all expectations. The waiter was super sweet and pleasant. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was just as I had hoped. We ordered fries, burger, mac & cheese and 3 shakes. Real American authentic diner. Both the look and the atmosphere were perfect. 10 times better than Stacy’s. I will be back soon!

Nice service and food as expected. Last time I reviewed Sallie's we had a rather disappointing experience due to (supposed) understaffing, but that was completely resolved this time. Sweet, attentive and skilled waiters gave us a pleasant evening. The burgers were ok, the fries really good. It's not so much the high culinary experience we come for, so it's just fine. Will definitely come again.
