Salling is a shopping center located right on the pedestrian street. At the top, it has a cozy area, the rooftop. It is free to visit. There is a good view over the city at a height of 32 metres. Follow me for more tips about Aalborg and other places in Denmark

I like to visit the cafeteria on the 4th floor the staff is really nice and always friendly. Can be a bit pricy but the food is really good as well 6 star service from the friendly staff

Unfortunately, the New Year's menu (champagne and oysters) is not as atmospheric as usual. Despite measures with a DJ, it is a bit flat that the room is only about half full. Have otherwise made it a tradition to participate all the years it has been possible.

We visited a full restaurant on Saturday for lunch and got the place's Christmas board. The board was nicely laid out and everything tasted homemade and fantastic, from the herring, roast with crispy skin and to the rice salamander. In addition, a cold Grimbergen and a beautiful view of Aalborg. It was all spiced up with a slightly unexpected appearance. Highly recommended 🎅

26/04/2025: Susan sky blue is an absolute must-try. Do you like beer? Do you like motherly motivational quotes on every square meter of your surrounding walls? Are you a hot-tempered individual who appreciates being able to switch between the smoke cabin and the roof terrace? then Susan's is the place for you. When I am, at the moment of writing, in the south-east corner of the terrace, warmed by lamplight, it is difficult to wish to be anywhere else. "May I take your glass?", says the hostess. and yes, yes she must. for we are done with another cold thy classic, the night is young, and susans keep us warm.
