Salling ROOFTOP Aalborg

Tipped off by store staff, we took the elevator and stairs to the roof terrace. The weather was beautiful and there was a lovely view over Aalborg and the surrounding area.

Quite by chance we discovered that the elevator takes you straight to the roof of the department store, where there is a beautiful view in all directions. Both the part of the city around the fjord, and on the other side over the roofs of houses and beyond. The food was fantastic, large portions, but the staff was not very fast. We wanted to pack the rest of the food home, but we had to remind ourselves twice before someone even came to take the leftovers and bring the boxes.

Beautiful view, great atmosphere, we had a drink and enjoyed the view of the city in the lovely weather. You can also go up here for free.

Absolutely amazing customer service beyond what you would expect! The extra shrimp on my daughter's plate was definitely the highlight of her day.
