Salling Aarhus

The store itself has a wide variety of products for men, women, children, home and beauty. There's a grocery store, Starbucks and other small stores for quick snacks or coffee. It also has a rooftop with a city view. The rooftop has fun little things to see and do depending on the weather/season

A café on the roof of a department store, towering over Aarhus. You have a view of the entire city. You enter via a special elevator from the ground floor, although if you take the escalator, you can also get there from the fifth floor. Free access, even to the cantilevered roof that juts out from the building some 20 meters above the street, with a glass floor! It's impressive to see the pedestrians down there.

Did not eat or drink here, but looked a bit pricey. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop. Definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful shopping center with a great "rooftop terrace," although that's a gross understatement. Definitely worth a visit in good weather.

This place is a must for anyone visiting Aarhus. On the roof is a daring construction of exposed vantage points and sheltered retreats. You can look down at the pedestrian zone, about 15 meters below, through a glass floor or from a raised platform overlooking the harbor. The integrated restaurant is staffed by two overwhelmed students... but you can get a coffee elsewhere.

It's a department store with a large viewing platform on the top floor, and roof gardens where you can enjoy the view of the city. It has an elevator to go up.
