San Marco JUNIOR Frederiksberg

Mixed experience. There were 5 people who ate the large 10-course menu. One was vegetarian. Upon arrival we were told that they only had 9 vegetarian dishes. We agreed. The regular menu was fine with a few exceptions, including the dessert, which was a bit of a mess. Unfortunately, the vegetarian menu was below par. Three dishes consisted of variations of tomatoes and burrata. Ok, burrata is nice, but not in three servings. In addition, an eggplant in tomato sauce, which was very bland. The low point was chanterelles on a brioche bun. The bun was like leather, and the dish was decorated with pickled red onions, which were so sour that you couldn't taste the chanterelles. It's fine that you're not interested in vegetarian dishes, but then don't say that you can deliver it (we asked in advance). But really strange, when a lot of Italian food is vegetable food. It must be said that the wine list is nice and the service very accommodating.

This was so good but they have had to deal with all the costs pressures restaurants face. I know Copenhagen is expensive but if you are selling an expensive crab and lobster pasta you should lead with crab and lobster? I’d return but would choose wiser Anchovies in a can cute but you need to do more than just open the can please. It was previously excellent, Hope they find their mojo back

Super delicious food, served in a very reasonable time by top professional waiters. Very welcoming, friendly and without discussion about anything. The reason I don't give top marks is the portion sizes. Fortunately, you got more of the delicious bread without any further ado.

San Marco Junior is my favorite restaurant - there's no place to put a finger on it. Fantastic service and food and cozy surroundings where you don't feel like you're part of the company with the table next to you. I've been there many times and it's never disappointed! Good and fair prices for the quality of the food. Can definitely recommend!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious food, although a little surprised by the portion sizes, as the "small" pasta dish (ravioli) was larger than the "large dish". So you can easily eat both a pasta dish and a meat/fish dish from "Large dishes".

Très très bon restaurant, cuisine raffinée, très belle ambiance. Nous avons prix des menus dégustations et de la viandes au top En plus il y a un Français au service qui nous a très bien conseillé, ainsi que pour les vins. Le prix sont un peu élevé mais ça vaut le coup
