Sanchez Cantina København

Me siento tan afortunado que leí sobre este restaurante (una crítica de cinco estrellas en un periódico importante) y por lo tanto reservé una mesa. El lugar es muy relajado, sin manteles blancos. El servicio personal y súper profesional, todos saben lo que están haciendo. Y la comida - aaaaah la comida - era solo puro cielo. Muy recomendable elegir el menú de ajuste. Todos los platos fueron condimentados a la perfección. Estoy considerando visitar Copenhague pronto de nuevo solo para poder volver aquí (y también probar el restaurante hermano “hija de Sánchez”).

It was an amazing experience, it was like qe were in Mexico! The servers were super efficient, fast and they explained everything really good. The price is high but with what you eat, it’s worth it!

Lots of chips with great sauces, otherwise almost disappointing food. Not sure what the buzz is about.

One of the reasons we came to Copenhagen was to visit this restaurant. As Mexicans we were very curious about what a Michelin starred Mexican restaurant outside Mexico had to offer, we were not disappointed, the restaurant offer a 5 course menu. It was a mix of creativity and taste. The star were definitely the tacos de cochinita presented in a traditional way but the combination of the freshly made tortillas, the habanero salsa, the bean and celery pure were simply heavenly. Of course it is priced at Michelin star restaurant level, but it’s definitely worth it.

The food was unreal, we did the tasting menu. Highly recommend. The staff we lovely and the only small issue was how close the tables are to one another. It definitely felt like we were eating strangers, but not a big deal for us

Dinner our first night in CPH, had a wonderful experience at Sanchez. They take great pride in their sourcing of ingedients and it shows in the dishes that come out of the kitchen. Definitely get yourself a churro even if you are having the tasting menu, yes, its that good.

Great, creative food with wonderful service

Incredible food and service experience - highly recommend doing a full course meal. The drinks were also excellent. Everything was beautifully plated and delicious but we couldn’t control ourselves long enough to document it all.

Absolutely fabulous food and dinning experience at this quirky little gem of a restaurant. Amazing and inventive food, so tasty and well presented. Great service, very attentive staff. Lovely atmosphere, buzzing and vibrant. Would highly recommend!
