Very individual hotel, staff are so welcoming. Rooms are small but sufficient.

Customer Service is incredible here. You can safely book.

Great location, friendly staff, but the rooms and definitely the bathroom need an update.

I liked my stay in Copenhagen. The staff members at the Hotel were super friendly and nice. The breakfast at the Hotel was delicious and nutritious. The rooms were clean.

Conveniently located, easily accessible by public transport. The train station and Tivoli Gardens are nearby. A great experience for a short trip to Copenhagen.

We stayed in a junior suite. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of all the sights, close to the train station. The rooms are excellent, as is the service. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Upon arrival and check-in, all the hotel rules were explained to us. Hotel guests can enjoy tea or coffee in the hotel bar from 7-11 am, and wine in the evening from 5-6 pm. Cleaning is on request. Although in the center, it was quiet and pleasant. Our room had a separate toilet from the bathroom, which is ok, especially for a large number of guests. The only complaint is that due to the slope of the bathroom floor, after one person takes a shower, the entire bathroom is wet. It would be better if there was a shower.

Charming hotel, central location, excellent value for money, friendly staff, and an upgrade. The soundproofing is old-fashioned and therefore imperfect, with only one electrical outlet in the room and a limited breakfast. We couldn't have made a better choice than this hotel.

Charming hotel with a unique design. We stayed there for 5 nights and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The receptionists are some of the nicest, friendliest and warmest we've ever met, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The rooms are very quiet though (you get earplugs in the room), and the sink/bathroom could be in better condition. Some hint of mold in the shower. We didn't order breakfast, as it seemed very basic and not worth the price. But the world's best restaurant is right across the street. Good location to the city center. They also have a happy hour with free wine from 5-6 pm, which brings the guests together and makes the stay both social and enjoyable. Highly recommend the hotel!

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was phenomenal, everybody’s super friendly and nice and helpful. I had a couple of cups of coffee every morning in the lobby and a couple of evenings I had wine at the wine hour. So I got to know probably six or seven members of staff talking to them in that time and they were all extremely nice. I also heard how they took care of customers and they were super helpful to everybody and very polite. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, I thought. It’s older, but kept up very nicely, maintaining the historic beauty. Especially cool for me was the old elevator that’s no longer in use that’s a semi circle on the landing of the stairs. There’s a working elevator between that and the lobby . The front of the hotel is quite lovely as well as the lobby and the staircase. There’s also a nice courtyard outside to sit in. My room was small, but not the smallest I’ve been in. It was certainly big enough for me. The bathroom was quite tiny, but had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is situated in nice section of town close to everything, three or four blocks walking to the train station. If and when I go back to Copenhagen, I will definitely stay at the Savoy again because I really enjoyed my stay there.

The negative - The room was unfortunately a bit dirty. The positive - Professional staff, helpful, free (between 5pm-6pm) which not many offer. Beautiful building and location and very close to everything!
