Room didn’t match the photo. Let’s start from the fact that it was pink instead of gray. Location is super convenient for tourism, pretty nice area, even though it’s not far from the railway station. Stuff was very hospitable!

SO happy with this gem! Incredible service, cute bar and breakfast. The rooms are not fancy and a little loud, but this didn't take away any of the charm for me. Super location with walking distance to København Central Station, Stroget and Ködbyen.
A big thanks to the staff, they for sure made me smile!

The hotel is good, clean, the room a little small. The receptionists were very friendly, kind, helpful... especially Sheila and Daniela, they speak Spanish which made our stay easier.

Rooms not maintained, bathroom comparable to a construction site, hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Water pressure from toilet and shower very weak. Breakfast from the bag is low and not sufficient for the price. Lobby very nice and staff super friendly.

The location, entrance, reception and staircase provide a beautiful, stylish picture. Only the rooms are small and basic, peeling paint on doors and rust on pipes. The fact that there are standard earplugs in the room also says something.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Hotel Savoy last week in Copenhagen. We had to quickly book at the hotel after leaving our Airbnb due to unsafe conditions and were so glad to be met with the kindest staff at Hotel Savoy. We had the cutest room; I know some of the other rooms might be smaller, but I am more used to that in European hotels. Everything was clean, stocked well or provided (we asked for additional towels and were supplied quickly) and the team at the front desk was always friendly and greeted us every time we came and went. Overall, we loved our stay!
