17/09/2026: It's hard to imagine such a sophisticated main course coming from a small corner café! Every bite is infused with the vanilla and acidity of the sauce, cutting through the richness of the butter. The marinated fennel's sweetness balances the slight bitterness of the kale, and the bread is perfectly toasted, somewhat like a Guanzhong-style flatbread—chewy inside and crispy on the outside, with a rich sesame flavor! The salmon is hidden at the bottom, all red meat, just the right amount of lean. Every element of this dish is so carefully prepared!

29/08/2026: Delicious granola!!! But the nut bread and cold cuts are also highly recommended :)) We've visited the café several times and haven't been disappointed.
