We were passing through and spent one night here. The staff who welcomed us were truly fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious beer and slept wonderfully. The breakfast was also more than sufficient. Compliments.

10/06/2026: We got the 3 course menu and everything was delicious. The restaurant is elegant but still cozy, and the service is impeccable. All the waitresses were extremely nice and explained every dish. Prices are a bit above average, but the experience is worth the money
03/05/2026: Super nice atmosphere in the heart of Aalborg. There are beautiful rooms. I have a little hearing loss but despite it being packed, the acoustics were really good. We had an all nighter at Struktura. The wine was beautifully paired with the food, I wasn't blown away by the food except for the dessert which was heavenly. Service was fast, friendly and efficient but nothing I will remember
