Minimalist hotel, but clean. Had at least a queen bed. Staff quite helpful for directions and recommendations. A wash cloth in the bathroom would have been nice.

Close to Tivoli Park and many other sights in the city, the room for 4 people is rather small, cramped, the sofa bed is uncomfortable. Cleaning in the room is done only by appointment, they don't even come to take the trash without an appointment. The room does not have a mini-fridge, a kettle is only given on request at the reception after many insistences. There is no tea or coffee in the room. Only in the bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner. But there is an ironing board. The breakfast is relatively varied, but as a vegan you don't have many options, you can eat only bread, vegetable milk, fruits and vegetables. There are no vegan sausages, yogurt, hummus, mushrooms, just a bean dish. not even olives! And the others expected to find fish, well, no! It's MONOTONOUS! The same breakfast every day. After 6 days you are already bored. The staff seems competent, but if you want something, you have to insist. Parking only with the payment of the hotel. Public parking is cheaper. But pay attention to the places marked One Time! You can park there for only 1 hour. It's a good starting point for everything the city has to offer, opposite is an Astronomical Observatory. But for what it offers, the hotel is quite expensive!

The room was large and they gave us a sofa bed for the little ones, but it was not very safe because my husband fell when sitting down. There was no refrigerator in the room which is strange. The service was very good, but at dinner time they rushed us to finish because they were closing. The location is excellent 👌🏼 😉

The hotel overlooks either the old city/port and the sea or the pond next to the hotel. Convenient location, close to the train station, Tricoli Park and the Old Town. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Kettles 2 cups without spoon. Cabinets behind a curtain.

Nice hotel with many floors (17). We had a jr suite for 2 adults and 2 children, which was less than big enough (the room can also be partially separated). Great view from the 15th floor. It is only possible to take the lift, the stairs are only for emergency exits. Good to know if you are skeptical about lifts. There is a strange thing, and that is that you have to book a time for breakfast the day before. And if you're really unlucky, it can be busy at the time you want breakfast. The breakfast room is huge, so it's strange that you have to order. Haven't experienced it anywhere else. Rental of bicycles, Kidz zone and training room.

Great hotel! Personally, I only thought that the sofa bed was terrible and that the ventilation made a lot of noise, but otherwise it was great!

The location was great for exploring the city, though we walked everywhere and did 14+ miles each day. The breakfast was full of variety. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable. The biggest negative was the paid luggage storage. The day before our departure we asked about luggage storage and the front desk attendant told us they have it and to just bring them down. The next morning when we came down to check out and again asked about the luggage storage, we were told then its lockers. However, it wasn’t until we got down to them and had already check out (3 1/2 hours early) that we learned you had to pay by the hour…
