Scandic Copenhagen København

This is just a darling hotel in the middle of Copenhagen (which Princess Cruises uses for folks coming into this darling Country for their upcoming cruise). The food at breakfast, which is included in the price, was excellent. The dinner we had in the restaurant, the Schnitzel, was sooo delicious. All staff were wonderful and spoken English which was so fun to hear with their lovely accents. Would certainly return.

Thank you for the great service at the reseption! 😊 The room was good and the view was gorgeous! I was dissapointed to find that the room service is really not room service at all. I had to get the heavy tray from the restaurant myself and return it too. This was poorly informed while making the order and left me feeling confused. It shouldn’t be called ”room service” if it’s really just take away. Never the less the food was good. Breakfast was nice and had a pretty good selection of different foods. Allthough as a vegan I would really appreciate if the vegan options were clearly marked! Nice additions to the breakfast would be a vegan pastry, vegan butter/margarin to put on bread, and vegan cold cuts. Plus points for the ice coffee at the breakfast!🧋🌟

The location is just a few minutes from the Copenhagen station, the rooms were a good size and the view was great. The gym had a sauna, which is something that was greatly appreciated. The only downside was arriving to check in they told me the room was ready but I had to pay 200 Danish kroner or else come back at 3 PM to check in, which was crazy. Therefore, the logical choice was to store the luggage and yet they said the the storage was full and had to pay downstairs for the storage in the lockers. Breakfast was OK there was a lot of choices, but also a lot of people which was a little bit hectic in the morning. I’m coming back in a few days and I hope giving them a second chance to see if the service improves.

The hotel is definitely good. Central location, within walking distance of Tivoli, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good. We especially thank the employee named Nuri, who is very hospitable and friendly.

We stayed a night in town for Father's day and Tivoli experience. We were lucky enough to get a family room at the 18th floor (Junior Suite), which meant we had both sunset over Copenhagen (attached), and a morning view as well back-lit by the sunrise.

Walking distance from train station, Tivoli and Ströget. Gym was ok, rooms are ok. Clean, nice beds. Only thing I need in city center.

Convenient location. Excellent choice for breakfast. Rooms simple but clean. Hotel overall had a good feel to it and staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent place .spacious and luxurious rooms .friendly staff. Extremely convenient for everything. Central station, tivoli gardens, city center, restaurants etc...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during our trip to Copenhagen. The hotel is very close to the train station, Vesterport metro station, Tivoli Garden, and the city center. Our room and the hotel in general were very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better, but I would still say it was reasonable. I would recommend that a hotel with so many Turkish visitors also offer Turkish tea. Important information: Check-in time is 4 PM, and if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 200 DKK. I think that's quite a late time to check in. Also, the hotel should be able to accommodate guests free of charge if there are available rooms. If there are empty rooms that haven't been cleaned yet and the cleaning time hasn't arrived, then such a fee might be charged, but when we arrived, the cleaning was already finished. It wasn't nice to be charged 200 DKK for an empty and clean room that was waiting for guests. I deducted 1 point just for that. Apart from that, everything was very good.

Always nice to be Norwegian in Denmark. The hotel is very central to most facilities, clean rooms, good breakfast and good dinner here
