The hotel is definitely good. Central location, within walking distance of Tivoli, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good. We especially thank the employee named Nuri, who is very hospitable and friendly.

We stayed a night in town for Father's day and Tivoli experience. We were lucky enough to get a family room at the 18th floor (Junior Suite), which meant we had both sunset over Copenhagen (attached), and a morning view as well back-lit by the sunrise.

Walking distance from train station, Tivoli and Ströget. Gym was ok, rooms are ok. Clean, nice beds. Only thing I need in city center.

Convenient location. Excellent choice for breakfast. Rooms simple but clean. Hotel overall had a good feel to it and staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent place .spacious and luxurious rooms .friendly staff. Extremely convenient for everything. Central station, tivoli gardens, city center, restaurants etc...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during our trip to Copenhagen. The hotel is very close to the train station, Vesterport metro station, Tivoli Garden, and the city center. Our room and the hotel in general were very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better, but I would still say it was reasonable. I would recommend that a hotel with so many Turkish visitors also offer Turkish tea. Important information: Check-in time is 4 PM, and if you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 200 DKK. I think that's quite a late time to check in. Also, the hotel should be able to accommodate guests free of charge if there are available rooms. If there are empty rooms that haven't been cleaned yet and the cleaning time hasn't arrived, then such a fee might be charged, but when we arrived, the cleaning was already finished. It wasn't nice to be charged 200 DKK for an empty and clean room that was waiting for guests. I deducted 1 point just for that. Apart from that, everything was very good.

Always nice to be Norwegian in Denmark. The hotel is very central to most facilities, clean rooms, good breakfast and good dinner here

Stayed here for 3 nights and it's a mixed report. The hotel is in a good location for the main city centre attractions and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. It's clean, has friendly and helpful staff and the buffet breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality. The only (but fundamental) let down however was the beds, with inch thick mattresses and a pillow that isn't any thicker. When on a city break, you need a good night's sleep to charge the batteries for the next day pounding the streets and museums, but that's not happening here based upon our stay.

A lovely hotel, clean and in a great location. The breakfast is average for Turks but won't leave you hungry. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Lovely modern hotel in a really good location. They supplied and assembled a cot bed for my 6 month old son. The room was spacious and had a nice view overlooking the river.
