Scandic Front København

Nice location, a little worn out facilities both rooms and dining area. Small reception area and always crowded in breakfast time. All right location vice, needs upgrade and downgrading in price.

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros. They don’t do complimentary bag storage, they have storage lockers in the basement which you have to pay for. This can add up in costs. Umbrellas are not complementary and you have to pay per use unlike a regular hotel which may charge if not returned. Just pay a little put more and go to the hotels next door which provides all of these basic things for free, like how a normal hotel should. Breakfast I think was 15euros a person if you add it upon checkin if not it become 20-25euros I think. Very disappointed overall by customer service. I’m glad I’ve been to other Scandic hotels and have had better experiences. If not I would have blacklisted Scandic hotels from hotel chains I stay at. Regardless in terms of the room, it was clean and spacious no complaints in that regard.

A great hotel for exploring Copenhagen. Very centrally located. We even received a room upgrade. Great breakfast. Very good value for the location and amenities.

Very well located in the Nyhavn district. Close to the Royal Palace.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, everything is in walking distance and cannot fault the location. Slightly disappointed with the room. As a family we had a room for 3 adults. On our arrival there was only a plug in heater in the room so the room was very cold. When paying for 3 adults I would expect the third bed to be a decent bed. What was provided is a fold up bed which was extremely uncomfortable and small, more like a child’s bed, it at least needs a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Noise from the cleaning room next door in the mornings and in the corridor was very loud with constant banging of doors. That being said Copenhagen is a fantastic place to visit and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel. Only hotel we stay at when we are in Copenhagen. Close to the center but still far from noise and with a large parking garage right next door. Lovely quiet rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet with most things. Thanks for a fantastic stay again!

This is a VERY basic hotel, rooms are pretty bare, no fridge, no after shower feet towel. The rooms need a deep clean and an upgrade. Location is pretty good, close to everything, but that is true to most hotels, Copenhagen is small after all. Another nice thing about this hotel is breakfast, it is pretty good except for coffee, coffee is terrible.

Great hotel, located right in the center of Copenhagen and a stone's throw from Nyhavn. Yet quiet and not in the tourist crowds. Breakfast is excellent, especially the Danish ginger shot.

remarks: The location was good. The sale of food and drinks at the reception is good. The umbrella rental machine is excellent. Other remarks (regarding the rooms) can be fixed.

Round the corner from Nyhavn. Nice room and bar. No restaurant but some stuff in reception and tons of rests and streetfood (across the bridge) 10 mins away. No mini bar in room but tea making facilities. Twice the price of similar hotels in Malmö but, think that's par for the course in Copenhagen.
