Nice rooms, okay service, delicious breakfast, nice and quiet

Budget hotel for business or traveling people. It is far from the center, but with convenient transportation to get there. The rooms are clean and warm, with minimal furnishings. Worn and cold corridors. The food in the restaurant is very good! Responsive staff.

The breakfast was delicious. There's a McDonald's nearby, so you can walk over for a late-night snack if you get hungry. Reviews said the front desk staff were indifferent, but the staff we encountered were very nice, friendly, and patient. Although the room didn't provide disposable toiletries, the 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash provided by Scandic hotels was very easy to use. The room wasn't very big, but the design was nice and it was very clean.

I like Scandic as a chain, they are consistent in low pricing, cleanliness, good breakfasts. But charging 30 usd for checking me in at 3 instead of 4pm ( that's too late for a rest after a long trip and ahead of dinner in town that takes almost an hour to reach by public transport),despite my long history with the chain, felt a bit rude and unwelcoming . Nice location if you have a car. Free parking and a small pool.Adding a phone by the sauna to ask it turned on, would show some consideration.

The room and bathroom were cold.

Delicious breakfast and good coffee. However, it is full of guests, so it is difficult to find a seat, and there is a long queue at the coffee machines if you come for breakfast before 08:15 (My experience is based on 6 different visits during 2025 and 2026)

Lovely place, nice rooms and good breakfast

Unfortunately, we had neighbors who were extremely noisy at night. Not much sleep from 4am to 7am.

This hotel should be given two stars. It is not properly clean, there is no heating during the day, but we were cold at night. The breakfast selection is good. There is no coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, or toiletries in the room. There is an ironing board🤣. The entertainment options are worn out, a beat-up foosball table and darts board. The water in the pool is ice cold, not even 24 degrees. The staff is not nice either, except for one cleaning lady.

The rooms were quite worn. The breakfast is pretty standard for a Scandic hotel.
