The rooms were quite worn. The breakfast is pretty standard for a Scandic hotel.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a family of four. All staff were lovely, everyone went above and beyond. Special mention to marius who sorted out our missing iPad and got it sent back to us. Had a meal in the restaurant which was fab. Breakfast was lovely every morning also. No complaints. Would recommend and would stay again.

I thought the room was too simple and too worn. We booked a family room. The top bunk is hard to sleep in and the second bed was a 3/4 bed. If you want to avoid people having a bad feeling when they see the room, you have to inform them about it when booking. There is also no proper storage for luggage, so you can't really unpack your bags. The bathroom is very basic. When we were supposed to check in, we were met by a very disinterested receptionist who gave incorrect information several times and was very lacking in information. You get a bad feeling - especially when you have booked several nights. When you read the other reviews you can see that they write that they will take it further. However, that doesn't happen - so I'm curious if the pool will still be cold when we go there.

Good hotel for a short stay. Good service, clean rooms (a bit smaller, but comfortable).

Cozy hotel. Clean, tidy room. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Very good breakfast. Everything is delicious. I recommend 💯

Great service. Absolutely amazing breakfasts. Pool, mini golf, playground, and bike rentals. Quiet neighborhood. Access to the city center by public transport with two transfers, but hassle-free.

Easy accessible from motorway, ideal for a stop over during transit through DK. Bfast at Scandic is always excellent, room getting close to need of renovation

Large hotel: There is a lot of traffic. The hotel is 30 minutes by bus from the historic center (Tivoli) via line 11.
