Scandic Hvidovre Hvidovre

The rooms in the hotel are basic, we booked a family room and it was cramped, especially because we had to fit a cot in it. I had emailed several times for the cot and it would be ready upon arrival, which unfortunately was not the case. Not the start we were hoping for. But it was resolved by reception. Don't expect large rooms, not even the family rooms. Bathroom could use renovation, especially since there is already some mold growing in the shower at the bottom. Breakfast was good and extensive, something for everyone. The restaurant is closed in the evening between Christmas and New Year. Accessibility is perfect by bus, several buses stop within walking distance of the hotel

Although breakfast was to be served until 10.00 on weekdays, I was told by the waiter that it actually ends at 09:30. However, I was allowed to take some of the cold leftovers with a smile - but it was definitely not the experience I had hoped for.

Ok hotel for the price. Fantastic breakfast. Slightly worn rooms and extremely cool pool which is fine for swimming but probably not so much for playing with children.

The hotel was nicely renovated. Good breakfast. Nice with pool and activities for children. - for small family rooms. Very small double bed. No ventilation in the room. Warm to sleep.
