Scandic Palace Hotel København

Hotel very well located. We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent and very complete. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. Small downside on the cleanliness of the bathrooms which could be improved in the bathtub.

Service and location were great. The rooms were fine and even a standard room had a kettle, iron and hairdryer. The big minus is the breakfast. It is in a basement with no windows/view, the premises are too small so that you have to queue for everything you need. You have to wait until there is a free table. The breakfast here should have been until 11.00, so that the guests could be distributed. Bad selection. Not any fish product such as salmon or herring. Only one cheese and only salami and ham. This was very bad for Scandic.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Scandic Palace Hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, and our room was large, very well equipped, and had a fantastic view overlooking the city and market square. The bathroom had an interesting setup with the sink and toilet on one side of the entry hall and the shower on the other, but the shower was very large and the finishings were very nice.

Wonderful home base in central Copenhagen. Not the cheapest option but the rooms are large and the showers were amazing. City view rooms open to the main square with a spectacular view! Breakfast is also substantial and delicious. Staff were wonderful.

We stayed in the Scandic Palace Hotel in Copenhagen in March as part of the celebration of my wife’s birthday. Hotel location was great and had close access to the train station and town centre. Room was good however we were told we had to request our room to be cleaned each day. The first day I asked no one came to clean the room and then the second day I again asked and rather than wait for no one to come I spoke to one of room cleaners who kindly cleaned our room. During our stay I checked my credit card (luckily) and found that the hotel had double charged us ….. they gave me a load of excuses about the hotel system being new and the staff may not yet be totally up to speed with it ….. we got a refund albeit 1 pound less than the double charge amount …. And it did not sit well me …. Not surprisingly it spoilt our stay

The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of everything. The staff was consistently helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast met expectations, and the room was sufficiently spacious. However, I had specifically booked the Presidential Suite based on the online pictures, and upon arrival, I found it to be completely different. The decoration was subpar, the bathroom did not meet my expectations, and some amenities were missing. I was informed that there are two different Presidential Suites, so it seems to be a matter of luck. Considering the price paid, one would anticipate a certain level of comfort in the room. However, it's worth noting that they do not change towels or sheets daily unless requested.

Beautiful historical building with classical interiors in the center of the city.

Well located hotel, it is possible to walk to the entire center. Clean and functional room. The bedding is comfortable. The insulation is not perfect, if there are noisy neighbors you will hear some noise. The bell tower next door does not ring at night (between midnight and 8 a.m.). Very good breakfast, we enjoyed ourselves :)

Κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο ακριβώς στο πεζόδρομο με τα μαγαζιά και δίπλα σε πολύ ωραία μπαράκια. Μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει επίσης ένα πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο. Τα δωμάτια με θεα και μεγάλα αλλά πλέον χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Το ότι πρέπει να ζητήσεις να σου καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο είναι φάουλ κ μάλιστα όταν το ζητάς να μην στο κάνουν. Πρωινό καλό με εύγευστα φαγητά και γενικά είχε ότι έπρεπε όμως ενώ σου λένε να πεις από την προηγούμενη μέρα τι ώρα θα πας για πρωινό αυτό απλά δεν ισχύει ! Πας όποτε θες και πάντα δεν έχει κόσμο.
