Lovely hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast

It's a big, clean and nice hotel, but for the first time in my life I saw a 4 star hotel doesn't have a safe box and mini fridge in the room. There was no Iron and Iron board in my room neither, but I asked the reception and they gave me an Iron. Breakfast was good. Distance from the Hotel to Metro Station is about 6min walk and you can easily get to the city center in 15-20min.

Despite being on the street, the rooms are relatively quiet. The breakfast offers everything your heart desires. The concept of only requesting room cleaning when needed is generally very resource-efficient and therefore a good one, but it didn't really work for us. There's still room for improvement.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Possibility of fitness and relaxation in spa bath. However, a surprise that there is no air conditioning in the room. Possibility to open the window but a lot of car noise from the street also at night

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip to Copenhagen. It was fine for that purpose.

Attended conference Near to metro st.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but has a bus stop right outside and a metro station a short distance away.

Outstanding hotel, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. They remembered my name every time I walked and always got me answers for what I needed.

Hotel located about 6 km from the center of Copenhagen, but in front of it there is a bus station and opposite the subway entrance, relatively spacious and clean rooms, varied and good breakfast. As a minus: the lack of water in the room (later I found out that the tap water is very good and drinkable, they have the best water network in Europe), during the 2 days I stayed at the location only one elevator was functional in a full hotel, and the coffee cups from the coffee machine in the lobby were not clean, I made a tea in a cup with dirty coffee edges😔

Nice hotel for a short stopover in connection with a work trip. A bit out of the center but convenient for parking
