Cozy and can be recommended, the only downside is a lifeguard who makes it sound like it's because you're from Copenhagen that you say it's really slippery if you want to go from one pool to the deeper one, which he just said, he couldn't understand when he had done it lots of times, but I kept slipping there and he just forgets one thing and that is the customer is always right, so you shouldn't tell people off and don't argue back, but otherwise a great water park and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Nice rooms and a great water park. The breakfast buffet is good, but they have skimped on juice, they could just as well have poured water into the container, it is simply too thin. You have to keep an eye on the cutlery and plates at the breakfast buffet, it is not the cleanest there is. Food leftovers were on several knives and forks. Parking tickets are often issued, so there is no guarantee of a parking space even if it has been paid for. A lot of noise in the hallways from children running around. I have now been there twice. The first time in March 2023, where cleanliness and service were somewhat better. Otherwise a great water park, it just doesn't make up for the other things, so it was probably my last visit in the future.

We made a short stopover here with an overnight stay on the way back from our Scandinavian vacation. The reception was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were very helpful. We ate in the hotel's restaurant. The food was decent, and there was a separate menu for the children. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are beautifully decorated. The room was clean, and the overnight stay was perfectly fine. In the evening, we received some coins for the games lounge. There are several things you can play here, both with and without coins. Very cool 👍🏼 The absolute highlight the next day was the hotel's water park. We were able to spend a few hours here after checking out. The area is huge and really cool. It was great for us that we had everything to ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel for families. The location is also quite good for excursions. The only thing to keep in mind is that, due to the proximity to the road and the harbor, it can get quite noisy if you have the windows open. But that was fine for us.

Stayed one night at this cozy family hotel. The reception staff were excellent, breakfast was nice, and I loved that it’s pet friendly. Great beach and many restaurants near by.

Wonderful place for both adults and children. In every corner you will find a hot tub where you can relax. Let's talk about the whole thing. Just the right size, wonderful atmosphere, lots to do for the kids. They have everything for both big and small. The vibe you get is Caribbean. You have a pool on every floor and an outdoor pool. There is a cave for all diving lovers. Big nice sauna with nice showers. Clean, incredibly clean. Nice Cafe that you have by the pool area. You can buy everything from ice cream to food. In the evening we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. What food and what service. The children got their own menu with lots of goodies and they also got pencils to paint with. Has their own cinema where you can choose from 20 different children's films. The staff were absolutely fantastic. I could go on forever but I think I got most of it. My kids didn't want to leave. Will go there again very soon. Highly recommend this fantastic place.

We had a memorable stay there at the end of August. The children particularly enjoyed the aquatic center. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was very good. The service was impeccable. The hotel offers excellent leisure facilities: games room, shuffleboard, karaoke, gym. The breakfast buffet was very varied and we enjoyed everything. The family room was a little too small for our liking for the price, however.

Nice classic family hotel with an adventure pool. Clean and fresh, good breakfast and nice lobby bar. 24-hour reception. The hotel is suitable for families. However, the rooms are relatively small for a family hotel with a low standard and few facilities. Otherwise, I really recommend a stay. Proximity to Stena Line's terminal and the city center with shops and bars is also a big plus. However, please note that basically the entire center is closed on Sundays.

Good standard, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, good water park

Fantastically beautiful and brand new modernized Hotel since the last time I stayed there when Scandic owned it. It was old and worn out under Scandic but now the Norwegian Strawberry chain owns it and everything has been changed and renewed. It is like a brand new hotel. We were there with the whole family and their water park was also in good clean and safe condition. The breakfast was top quality and tasted Fantastic. The rooms are clean and everything in the lobby and children's room as well as the cinema was also in top condition. Their conference facilities are one of the most beautiful and newest rooms that I have not seen in other hotels in Denmark. I wish there was a hotel department like that in Aarhus and Copenhagen. Very clean and newly renovated facilities, although we had some mold in the shower. We also missed a fridge and the TV couldnt connect to the wifi. The overall vibe och the hotel is immaculate for a family vacation but works great for adults aswell. Good breakfast and suprisingly good water park/pool-area with atleast 5 pools and other amenities. Would recommend!
