Don't understand that when total renovation is underway at the water park that this must start at 0700 and end at 1800. Sitting quietly and enjoying your breakfast is out of the question. The breakfast was otherwise delicious and tasty. Dinner was not flashy with could be eaten. Bullshit that you have to pay to stay in a hotel.

The hotel is good, I haven't experienced the staff that much, the adventure pool is also great fun and there are things to do.

I think The Reef had its heyday about 20 years ago. Starting to wear, and with many new bathhouses of a similar size, it was much smaller than we expected. It also feels stingy to have to pay extra for parking and who has coins for lockers in 2024? But the children had fun and it's a cozy environment, so we think it's still worth a visit! The breakfast was good!

Were there for a week and were probably lucky that there were no holidays in Sweden and/or Denmark. The huge swimming pool was therefore always empty, which was spectacular for the children. The breakfast was very good, the location of the hotel was perfect. Very happy again.

In 2 days, we had more than 5 problems with the cards and the room door, with the entrance to the indoor garage, something very uncomfortable when being with children,

Super delicious water park. Nice and clean. A huge breakfast buffet with everything you can think of. However, they forgot clean towels and the garbage bag when cleaning the room. But a good experience.

If the kids want to go to a water park but you can't bear Lalandia, then this is a good alternative. Smaller and quieter water park, but still with many different pools and activities. And it's very convenient that the water park is in the hotel so you can go straight up to your room and swim afterwards. So much easier!

What a lovely autumn holiday. Nice and clean water park. You felt really safe with the presence of the lifeguards, who were constantly walking around and keeping a close eye. The rooms were large, bright and lovely. Large and delicious breakfast buffet. Good service. Clean and tidy everywhere. Two negative things - Really bad filter coffee in the breakfast restaurant. Extremely slow customer service at the reception.
