Nice location , in very city center. Room was ok, some colour to walls and ceiling decoration would have made a miracle for look&feel, ”hygge” in Danish.

Although I was staying alone, the room was just the right size and I was able to enjoy the outside view. The staff at the front desk were smiling and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a comfortable stay.

Great location. Amazing breakfast. Helpfull and friendly staff. The room was nice, with enough space for two adults. 4,5/5 just because of poor cleanliness.

Comfortable room and great breakfast.

Great Location for train station and airport, bus tour stops literally outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the overall way they do things is simple and effective. The Cube Bar is very welcoming and chilled and the Espresso House exactly the same. Rooms got a 4 star cause they're not Luxury but we didn't expect or pay for that. But roomy, cosy and clean. Back to location, literally 3 to 4 minutes walk to the train station, 150dkk for taxi to Nyhavn which is about £16 ish. Or if the weather is good 25 minute walk.

Excellent location 5 min from Central station. The service is also top notch. We felt warmly welcomed right from check-in. There are also activities for children at the hotel. And yes, the breakfast is not only varied and tasty, but also beautifully covered.

Wonderful staff a very nice hotel

Nice hotel with very nice staff. The breakfast was good, there was what you wanted.

Rooms straight from the 90s. The floor is worn, the bathroom is untidy and the furniture does not work. The lighting is weak. The air conditioning could not be adjusted and the air was stuffy. Breakfast is a standard Scandic breakfast. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. The price is also too expensive for the quality.
