The bread was always very fresh and tasty. And the cake is sensationally good and delicious.

Breakfast like when you were a child. Cozy with bakery bread when you have a weekend.

In our 2 weeks of vacation on Bornholm we were here 3 times, 2 times from Gudhjem, 1 time from Akirkeby. Bread, coffee, cake and cream cakes taste very good. The room is not suitable for a comfortable stay of several hours because of the garden chairs and the constantly ringing doorbell.

Cozy little bakery and fine selection. The prices are ok, had it been in Kbh that the prices were like that, no one would have complained. Think about how few months there are tourists on the island, so they have to be able to make ends meet at this price level. Think if you came to the island next time and the bakers were gone, people would probably complain, so remember to support the local bakers on the island, you can get a bake off every once in a while.

They have freshly squeezed orange juice and vegan pastries :)

Well-stocked café with friendly staff and large umbrellas when it rains 😉.

Went in to pick up a cake and was quite disappointed with the selection (3 different ones) bought a mazarin tart which was quite excellent.

Just trying to level it up above 4 on average.

I don't think the reviews reflect reality at all. The bread is almost like at Østerbro in Copenhagen, but there is nothing wrong with the surroundings and the service. Excellent coarse bun with cheese, cappuccino and fresh orange juice - DKK 215 for three people. You probably can't complain about that, unless you're from West Jutland.
