20/10/2023: The food was really good. Some boring things on the menu if you have to put your finger on something, but we took the poussins and they were absolutely delicious.

04/10/2023: Amazing food experience. The head chef Mathias is truly an artist, master chef and innovator. The quality, taste and presentation matches the price and value, no doubt! What tops it is that there are items on the menu you won’t find anywhere in the world. The Caviar Vanilla Olive Oil Ice Cream makes me want to jump on a plane, car and ferry to go back to Bornholm for another serving. It is impossible to explain, but clearly a bucket list experience I did not know I needed. Also the service at the restaurant is top. Our evening was packed and there were only two waiters working, having been in the service industry myself for years I recognize the effort the staff puts into keep quality and experience high while being under pressure. A team like this is a rare occurrence and something that deserves recognition. Thank you for a wonderful experience 🙏
