19/03/2026: I was wondering what I’d done having changed my reservation to here before reading reviews. I needn’t have worried. Frankly the negative reviews make me wonder if they were in a different hotel. Noise? It’s by a main road. 2 in fact. Still no problem - I had my window open and slept like a baby. Dodgy folk hanging around? Didn’t see any. Location? It’s out of town. You ought not be surprised that there isn’t much around. Other plus points. Staff were lovely - helpful, friendly, cheerful. Parking is free. HUGE bonus. Seemed secure too. Certainly I had no problem. Restaurant was excellent and surprisingly good value. I’ll be back regularly - I prefer it to the in town hotel i usually use.

15/03/2026: Everything was neat and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was of decent quality. Unfortunately, the bar was closed on Saturday, but drinks were served at reception. The location is easily accessible by public transport. Thank you, I'll be back.
