Excellent food, service and dining atmosphere. The food presentation was beautiful. You definitely need reservations; it is a small restaurant.

Exceedingly delicious! We opted for the smorgasbord instead of the fixed menu and it did not disappoint. Highlights were the salmon, herring with pickled rhubarb and veal tongue with peas. The restaurant is quite petite and oh so lovely inside. Not a bad seat in the house.

I had the tasting menu with wine pairing at Selma, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully composed with great flavours and textures — creative without being overcomplicated, and genuinely delicious. The wine pairing was spot on and complemented each course perfectly, enhancing the overall experience without ever overpowering the food. A special surprise was the “homemade” aquavit – smooth, aromatic, and a perfect little touch that made the evening feel even more personal and memorable. Highly recommended if you’re in Copenhagen and looking for a tasting menu that impresses without being pretentious.

Food is perfectly ok. But tap water in a carafe costs 90ddk! A completely crazy and boring end to a visit when you see it on the bill.

The service and atmosphere were excellent, and the food was good as well. However, for me, it didn’t quite justify the higher price. This is the kind of place you visit more for the experience and to say you’ve tried something unique, rather than incredibly food.

Excellent food and service. Perfect small plates of local ingredients and done in a masterful way. The service was great. Attended all our needs while dining.

Food was great, lovely ambience the only negative is that we got charged for 2 water garrafs when the first one was removed when it was half full, we didn’t think they would charge for tap water so didn’t say anything. Getting charges 2 jugs when we could’ve just consumed one was definitely weird

Great Smørrebrød experience with good beer selection

Excellent raw materials, excellent idea to elevate smorrebrod to a starred restaurant dish. Well done!!

Forventningerne var høje til vores besøg qua deres Michelin anmeldelse. Frokostbesøg hvor vi hver fik 2 stykker smørrebrød. Matjessild og speget sild, samt laks og torskerogn. Maden smagte udemærket. Betjeningen fungerede godt, med præsentation af maden. Lokalet - det var jeg ikke imponeret af. Vi havde bord i stue-etagen, og min medspiser havde front mod gaden. En skøn solrig dag gjorde, at lyset generede hende. Løsning med gardiner ?
