Wide selection of smørrebrøds. I took one with herring and one with salmon. Both had mayonnaise in them, so the aftertaste was quite heavy. But they both tasted great.

I had an exceptional lunch and very enjoyable experience overall at Selma. Had three ‘smorrebroed’ and they were all delicious, very nicely presented and waitress took the time to explain the ingredients and how they were made. Restaurant is lovely and nicely decorated and staff very attentive and prepared. Highly recommended

I love what they are doing with smørrebrod though it’s super inventive! I love that they roast the rye bread for a nice crunchy texture! I had the Jerusalem artichoke one and the brown butter herring, and while both were full of flavour, it was on the heavy side making it hard to finish one whole one.

Overall Good experience and charming space but on the expensive side. We were two people and We had the tasting menu and a bottle of Riesling. We really much liked the food and we appreciate the fact that we tried different toppings of the smorrebrod. The desert and the sorbet were good too. Definitely make a reservation if you go for dinner on a weekend.

We had reserved a table a few weeks in advance, and the place was packed (feeling rather crowded).
The menu contains only smørrebrød. Those are appealingly arranged and god in terms of flavor, but at a recommended 2-3 per person you are quickly talking 60-70 Euro for 3 slices of bread. One of the ones I had was the salmon - nice, but not for 26 Euro for something that is not terribly substantial. It was good that we tried, but I'd not go back.
Although flavor-wise a notch or 2 down, you can also get good smørrebrød atTorvehallerne.

Il locale consigliato dalla Guida Michelin ha un’atmosfera gradevole e informale. Il cibo buono, ho particolarmente apprezzato il Cavolo con l’uovo . I prezzi giusti per il tipo di esperienza dai sapori non scontati. Si vede che in cucina c’è un pensiero. Personale preparato anche se non particolarmente caloroso. Musica un filo troppo alta per i miei gusti. Il cibo vale sicuramente la serata.

Tenevo d’occhio questo posto da tempo, ho prenotato e ho deciso di fare una full immersion. Il locale è vicino al mercato dello Street food; è molto intimo con il personale che mi ha coccolato.
Ho assaggiato due smørrebrød, (pane di segale buonissimo, non c’entra niente con quello che si trova in Italia), uno con aringhe burro e un formaggio svedese, uno con l’anatra, il primo con un gusto inaspettato, delizioso, il secondo più conosciuto, e per concludere una degustazione di formaggi danesi.
Conto alto ma il nord Europa è così
