Excellent smorebrods, very modern. I loved the one with egg and beetroot.

Selma is a great place to get a taste of Nordic food. The flavors were good and it is definitely a nice spot to experience this style of cuisine. With the number of amazing restaurants in Copenhagen it is hard to be truly impressed, so while it was decent and not overwhelming. I would suggest adding The beverage pairing option

The place is very nice and the food is delicious. We liked very much beetroot, chicken, beef and herring. We didnt like so much potato and the cabbage, although the cabbage with the chicken one was great! Also the service was not so good, they forgot to put the plates for us when the food arrived and we waited until the second waitress came, we asked for some ingridients in the dish but the waitress couldnt remember what exactly is in it. We payed 200€ for 7 types of smorrebrod and two glasses of wine

I have been pleased to visit Selma several times, and I am always impressed by what they serve. Both the food and the drinks are "out of the box" and the service is one og a kind. I'll be back!

Open sandwiches at their best. Each dish was vibrant, fresh and very tasty. Service was attentive. Also love the selection of Mikkeler beers in there!

The most elaborated smørrebrød we’ve tried in Copenhagen! Yet no fancy shmancy. Herring is of very high quality. Our favorite was the zucchini with clams. If you want some upscale smørrebrød, this is the place! You should try with some of their very creative infused aquavit shots. Blue cheese was also very good. They had a chanterelles ice cream on that day but we didn’t have any room left for dessert.

Even though the menu isn't huge, the difference of flavors in the different dishes is!

Selma offers a creative and modern twist on the classic Danish smørrebrød. The dishes are beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and perfect for exploring traditional cuisine in a new way. They also have a great selection of local beers. The wine list is extensive, the service is top-notch, and the space is stylish and welcoming

Forventningerne var høje til vores besøg qua deres Michelin anmeldelse. Frokostbesøg hvor vi hver fik 2 stykker smørrebrød. Matjessild og speget sild, samt laks og torskerogn. Maden smagte udemærket. Betjeningen fungerede godt, med præsentation af maden. Lokalet - det var jeg ikke imponeret af. Vi havde bord i stue-etagen, og min medspiser havde front mod gaden. En skøn solrig dag gjorde, at lyset generede hende. Løsning med gardiner ?
