Great little restaurant in a quiet neighborhood of Copenhagen. The specialty of the menu is Smørrebrød, the traditional danish open sandwich. We had a lovely time, enjoyed every moment there!

We booked tasting menu with 8 courses span across 3 hrs. Food was absolutely delicious. So many flavours and different preparations. Highly recommend the place to try out their seasonal tasting menu. One of the best restaurants I visited in Copenhagen.

A great spot to try the city’s typical smørrebrød, offering a wide variety of options, all with excellent flavor combinations and presentation. The service was very good; they recommended trying two or three plates, which was more than enough. I tried the grilled green asparagus with poached egg, guanciale, and hazelnuts, and the salmon one—both very tasty—but my favorite was the beetroot and hibiscus herring, highly recommended. For drinks, I ordered a Mikkeller, a local craft beer, which was also very good.

I went there because i heard ita very good. Well I was speechless! I've been working in gastronomy for quite some time especially in restaurants focused on high ens meals. So when I tried these open sandwiches it was like a heaven for me. Nothing too complicated but made with focus on detail and taste. Beautifully balanced, well seasoned, just a harmony of flavors in mouth. Is it expensive? Yes! Would i come back? Definitely! It's not a place where you'll go everyday, but it's a place where you'll go from time to time to treat yourselves. Honestly well done!

I visited Selma during Easter break. It was one of the best experience I had at a restaurant in a long time. Great service, great food and we even got to meet the chefs at the end of their shift for some extra desert and drinks.

Forventningerne var høje til vores besøg qua deres Michelin anmeldelse. Frokostbesøg hvor vi hver fik 2 stykker smørrebrød. Matjessild og speget sild, samt laks og torskerogn. Maden smagte udemærket. Betjeningen fungerede godt, med præsentation af maden. Lokalet - det var jeg ikke imponeret af. Vi havde bord i stue-etagen, og min medspiser havde front mod gaden. En skøn solrig dag gjorde, at lyset generede hende. Løsning med gardiner ?

Il locale consigliato dalla Guida Michelin ha un’atmosfera gradevole e informale. Il cibo buono, ho particolarmente apprezzato il Cavolo con l’uovo . I prezzi giusti per il tipo di esperienza dai sapori non scontati. Si vede che in cucina c’è un pensiero. Personale preparato anche se non particolarmente caloroso. Musica un filo troppo alta per i miei gusti. Il cibo vale sicuramente la serata.
