The garlic naan is hands down the best—soft, buttery, and loaded with just the right amount of garlic, perfect on its own or with the butter chicken. The prawn biryani is next-level—fluffy, flavourful, and packed with juicy prawns that hit all the right notes. And don’t miss the aloo paratha—it’s perfectly stuffed, crispy on the outside, and just melts in your mouth. To top it all off, the chai is warm and comforting, and the mango lassi is the ultimate creamy, refreshing treat. Chill atmosphere, amazing food, and drinks. Will definitely recommend to those traveling to Copenhagen.

Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse på restaurant Shezan. Betjeningen var professionel, rar og imødekommende. Omgivelserne var hyggelige med typisk pakistansk/indisk kunst på væggene. Vi bestilte forret og hovedret, begge dele som dele tallerkner. Til forretten fik vi en skøn tomatsalat og lækre krydrede lammespyd på en bund af fennikel og kål. Til hovedretten valgte vi to gryderetter den ene med lammekød i spinat, den anden med lam og kylling i en krydret sovs. Virkelig fint med de to kombinationer af kød og retten var tilpas krydret. Vi spiste naanbrød og stegte ris til. Det hele med indisk øl til. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage til Shezan når vi engang kommer til København igen.
