Incredibly delicious ice cream!!!

Fresh, excellent and authentic. Pistachio is my favorite, but also had honey-Ginger today that was spectacular.

Hemkommen från Italien hade jag abstinens efter gelato. Detta ställe hade fått fina recensioner och skulle vara Danmarks bästa glass. Gott men inte fantastiskt.

Klart Københavns bedste is (og jeg har altså en del erfaring) Så fedt at man kan blande en kugle med tre forskellige smage. Deres is er ‘to die for!’ Holder altid og har gjort det i mange år. Tak for jer!!

I have worked in Denmark's first Italian ice cream production, where all products were fresh, all sorbet ice cream was hours of preparation, but ice cream has a short flavor life, after 24 hours it loses a lot of flavor, but then it starts to go downhill with taste. Sicilian ice cream is the only ice cream I have tasted that is better than all other Italian ice cream manufacturers. I myself have worked in the production of Italian ice cream and as a chef where I was responsible for antipasto and dessert. Sicilian Ice is the absolute best you can get, as it is completely fresh ice you buy, which is due to a long queue and replacement of fresh tubs. An absolute must for anyone who wants to eat an ice cream, which is a gastronomically ecstatic experience you must try. But there has been a change in the structure of ice cream, especially nut-based, such as pistachio, hazelnut and almond, where the latter can no longer be obtained, the small nuts that gave a delicious texture are now completely homogeneous and I assume that it is to make the ice cream softer when it has been in the freezer for several days. I personally prefer that you should eat the ice cream freshly made and not to change its content so that it can last several days in the freezer, but that you order a fresh portion when you want ice cream as you can either go and buy it or have it delivered right to the door.
