Overall good, a Nordic city hotel without great luxuries but it does the job. The breakfast was adequate; there wasn't everything, but I didn't miss anything. Good overall, nothing fancy.

Nice hotel, ok price. Great breakfast buffet, just not enough staff to keep up with the refill. Great location for a walk, and the small harbour close by. We were here for a family gathering so forgot to take some pictures. We had dinner in the restaurant, first and second course was really good, shrimp cocktail and snitzel but the dessert was a great disappointment. We had Old fashion appel cake, it had raw marinated apples and can cream. It could not get further from what it should be.

Clumsy staff spills beer on us without apologizing or offering to clean our clothes. Furthermore, a beer is spilled on the table.... the pigeon swims in beer but the tablecloth is not changed, we have to go around and take napkins from other tables to dry ourselves. But their food is pretty okay, it's 4 out of 5 stars.

26/09/2026: It was a great experience to visit this place. Countless beautiful sculptures of corten steel stand in the garden. Unfortunately, the café/shop itself was not open. On the other side of the road there is a large area where there are also many sculptures of all sizes. We were greeted by the artist, Steen B. Langvad, in his workshop after a spontaneous and interesting tour of the sculptures by one of his acquaintances. His works are in several places on Orø - both public and private - and in several places in the country. It is the same artist who painted the wall frieze in Orø's "Culture Container". This illustrates the history of Orø.
28/07/2026: We only had a nice cup of coffee. Lots of seating scattered in the garden between lovely sculptures.
